When You're Eligible
We honor refund requests that meet both of the following conditions:
- Your request is submitted within the first 5 days of your active subscription.
- You have not heavily consumed our AI services during that period.

When You're Not Eligible
Refund requests will be declined under the following circumstances:
- More than 5 days have passed since your subscription started.
- Evidence of abuse, circumvention, or exploitation of our services.
- Heavy or excessive usage of AI services during the subscription period.

EU & UK Statutory Right
Extended Window for EU & UK Users
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your statutory consumer rights grant you an extended cooling-off period under applicable law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
- You have 14 days from the start of your subscription to request a full refund — no questions asked.
- This right applies regardless of usage level, as long as you haven't explicitly waived it at checkout.
- After the 14-day period, our standard eligibility criteria apply.
To claim your EU/UK statutory refund, contact us with proof of your location (e.g. billing country). We'll process it promptly in accordance with local law.

Once we initiate the refund, PayPal is fully responsible for returning the funds. Any delays beyond 1–2 days are outside our control and depend entirely on PayPal's processing queue.
